Hm. well quite honestly im not one to fall under pressure, im the anchor of my schools varsity team and almost all pressure positions come down to me. the best thing you can do is pretty much invision your shot before you make it and maximize the target visually

For over 30 years I played amd pitched fastpitch softball, I found that deep breathing...and concentrating on the pitch and what it took to throw that certain pitch helped take alot of the pressure off. Since giving that up and beginning bowling it's what I do...seems to help sometimes...In a nutshell...concentrate on technique and not the situation.
